🔄 Syncing NFTs
How long does syncing take?
Syncing time depends on the number of NFTs and the platform. Typically:
• Small collections (1-50 NFTs): 10-30 seconds
• Medium collections (50-200 NFTs): 30-60 seconds
• Large collections (200+ NFTs): 1-3 minutes
You can watch the progress in real-time on the sync logs page.
My sync failed. What should I do?
• Check that your wallet address is correct
• Verify the blockchain network matches your NFTs
• For Cardano, ensure your Blockfrost API key is configured
• For Ethereum, check that you have an OpenSea API key (optional but recommended)
• Try syncing again—sometimes API rate limits cause temporary failures
How often should I sync?
Sync whenever you acquire new NFTs or want to update your gallery. There's no automatic syncing yet, but we're working on it!
🎨 Managing Galleries
How do I hide/show NFTs in my gallery?
On your gallery edit page, hover over any NFT and click "Hide" or "Show" to toggle visibility. Hidden NFTs won't appear on your public gallery page.
Can I change my gallery URL?
Your gallery URL is based on your username and gallery slug. Changing your gallery name will update the slug. The format is: exhibito.app/yourusername/gallery-slug
How do I make my gallery private?
On the gallery edit page, uncheck "Make gallery public". Private galleries can only be accessed by you when logged in.
🔧 Troubleshooting
My NFTs aren't showing up
• Make sure the sync completed successfully (check sync logs)
• Verify your wallet address is correct
• Check that NFTs are marked as visible (not hidden)
• Some NFTs may not have metadata—they'll show with a placeholder image
Images aren't loading
• Some NFT images are hosted on IPFS and may take time to load
• Check your internet connection
• Try refreshing the page
• If images consistently fail, the metadata may be missing or corrupted
