Multi-Chain Setup Guide
Showcase NFTs from multiple blockchains in one gallery
Why Multi-Chain?
Your NFT collection might span multiple blockchains. With Exhibito, you can showcase all your NFTs in one unified gallery, regardless of which blockchain they're on.
Currently supported blockchains: Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Cardano, and VeVe (Immutable X).
How Multi-Chain Works
Each blockchain requires a separate NFT source in your gallery. You can add multiple sources to the same gallery, each pointing to a different blockchain or wallet address.
Example: You can have one source for your Ethereum NFTs, another for your Polygon NFTs, and a third for your Cardano NFTs—all displayed together in one gallery!
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Create or Edit Your Gallery
Create a new gallery or edit an existing one where you want to showcase your multi-chain collection.
Step 2: Add Your First Blockchain Source
Click "Add Source" and add your first blockchain:
- Select the platform (Ethereum Wallet, Cardano Wallet, VeVe, etc.)
- Enter your wallet address or identifier
- Select the blockchain network (if applicable)
- Click "Add Source"
Step 3: Sync Your First Source
Click "Sync Now" to fetch NFTs from your first blockchain. Wait for the sync to complete before adding more sources.
Step 4: Add Additional Blockchain Sources
Repeat steps 2-3 for each additional blockchain you want to showcase:
- Click "Add Source" again
- Select a different platform or blockchain
- Enter the appropriate wallet address
- Sync each source
Step 5: Organize Your NFTs
Once all sources are synced, you can organize your NFTs by:
- Reordering them using drag-and-drop
- Hiding NFTs you don't want to display
- Grouping by collection or blockchain (coming soon)
Supported Blockchains
Ethereum & EVM Chains
- Ethereum (Mainnet)
- Polygon
- Arbitrum
- Base
- Optimism
Use "Ethereum Wallet" platform, select network
Other Blockchains
- Cardano
- VeVe (Immutable X)
Use dedicated platform options
Best Practices
Sync One at a Time
Wait for each source to finish syncing before adding the next one. This helps avoid rate limits and makes troubleshooting easier.
Use Descriptive Gallery Names
Name your galleries clearly (e.g., "My Multi-Chain Collection" or "Ethereum + Cardano NFTs") so visitors know what to expect.
Organize by Collection
Consider creating separate galleries for different collections, or use one gallery to showcase everything together—it's up to you!
Keep Sources Active
Only disable sources if you want to temporarily hide that blockchain's NFTs. You can re-enable and re-sync anytime.
Troubleshooting
One blockchain isn't syncing
• Check the sync logs for that specific source
• Verify the wallet address is correct for that blockchain
• Make sure you selected the correct network
• Try syncing again after a few minutes
NFTs from different chains are mixed up
• This is normal—all NFTs are displayed together in one gallery
• Use the reorder feature to organize them how you want
• Consider creating separate galleries if you want to keep chains separate
